Okay, that may not sound like news, but the fact is I finally finally a realtor, in the area where we want to move, who did NOT run away when I mentioned our meagre budget and our unwillingness to have a mortgage. She is considering it a challenge and says she'll watch daily for foreclosures and other great deals for us.
This is great news!

Indeed it is! I guess meagre budget = meagre comission, so most aren't interested. Perhaps she is viewing it as a fun personal challenge :-)
